EBS 12.0.4 , Discoverer 11g FRM-92101 no response from runtime process.

Recently upgraded Discoverer 10g Web to 11g in a EBS 12.0.4 customer environment.
After the upgrade, we integrated discoverer to EBS using EBS profiles and everything seemed fine till the end user tried to launch a form screen after closing a discoverer screen.
The problem was FRM-92101, and the message was no response from runtime process.
Customer was using Java 1.7 on the client machine.


Solution was setting "s_forms_tracking_cookies" to "enabled" in the applications context file and running autoconfig. When it is set to disabled, it just harms the session persistence it seems..
